(1)

Rule 25 (Special illnesses and conditions) shall be amended as follows.

(2)

In paragraph (1), after the words “medical officer” there shall be inserted “or a medical practitioner such as is mentioned in rule 24(3)”.

(3)

In paragraph (2), after the words “medical officer” there shall be inserted “or a medical practitioner such as is mentioned in rule 24(3)”.

(4)

Paragraph (3) shall be omitted.
