# The Young Offender Institution (Amendment) Rules 2008, Article 4: Amendment of the Young Offender Institution Rules 2000


For “board of visitors” substitute “independent monitoring board” in—
(a) each place where it occurs in rules 8(1), 10(5), 29(2), 52(3) and (5), 77(2), 78, 79(1), (2) and (4), 80(1), 81(1), 82(1), 83(1) and 84(1);
(b) the title to Part 5.
