# The Young Offender Institution Rules 1988, Article 70: Control of persons and vehicles


(1) Any person or vehicle entering or leaving a young offender institution may be stopped, examined and searched.
(2) The governor may direct the removal from a young offender institution of any person who does not leave on being required to do so.
