# The Young Offenders (Scotland) Amendment Rules 1993, Article 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) These Rules may be cited as the Young Offenders (Scotland) Amendment Rules 1993 and shall come into force on 1st October 1993.
(2) In these Rules, “the principal Rules” means the Young Offenders (Scotland) Rules 1965.
