# The Young Offenders (Scotland) Amendment Rules 1993, Article 6: Amendment of Rule 46 of the principal Rules


In Rule 46 of the principal Rules, for paragraph (2) there shall be substituted the following:–
“(2) A punishment awarded under Rule 42, other than paragraph (2)(a), may be terminated or mitigated at any time during its currency by the Governor who made the award.”.
