# The Young Offenders (Scotland) Amendment Rules 1993, Article 9: Amendment of Rule 117 of the principal Rules


In rule 117(3) of the principal Rules there shall be inserted at the end the following words:–
“if their sentence of detention was imposed before 1st October 1993”.
