  "text": "In Part II of Schedule 2 after paragraph 3 there shall be added—\n“4 Subject to paragraphs 5 and 6, a globe may be fitted with—\n(a) a backing board designed to improve the conspicuity of the globe;\n(b) a shield designed to prevent or reduce light from the globe shining into adjacent properties; or\n(c) such a board and shield.\n5 If a backing board or shield is fitted to a globe it shall—\n(a) be firmly secured;\n(b) not prevent any driver of a vehicle proceeding towards the zebra crossing in question from seeing the globe; and\n(c) not constitute a danger to any user of the road.\n6 Any backing board shall be coloured black and may have a white border.”",
