# The Zoo Licensing Act 1981 Amendment (Scotland) Regulations 2003, Regulation 13: Amendment of the Zoo Licensing Act 1981


In section 10(4)(e) (periodical inspections) for “under section 5(3)(b)” substitute “requiring the conservation measures referred to in section 1A(f) to be implemented at the zoo”.
