The Zoo Licensing Act 1981 (Amendment) (England and Wales) Regulations 2002 (the “2002 Regulations”) inserted a new section 22A in the Zoo Licensing Act 1981 (“the Act”) with the effect that the other amendments in those regulations applied only to England. By virtue of these Regulations section 22A ceases to have effect, thereby applying to Wales the amendments made by the 2002 Regulations.",
