  "text": "(1) These Regulations are called the Zoo Licensing Act 1981 (Amendment) (Wales) Regulations 2003 and shall come into force on 22 April 2003.\n(2) In these Regulations —\n“the Act” (“y Ddeddf”) means the Zoo Licensing Act 1981;\n“the 2002 Regulations” (“Rheoliadau 2002”) means the Zoo Licensing Act 1981 (Amendment) (England and Wales) Regulations 2002.",
