# The Zoonoses Amendment (Coronavirus) (Scotland) Order 2021, Introduction: Introductory text

Coming into force 22nd February 2021
The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1, 7(1), 8(1), 17(1), 23, 29 and 87(2) of the Animal Health Act 1981 and all other powers enabling them to do so:
