  "text": "(1) In article 4—\n(a) in paragraph (1)—\n(i) for “animals and poultry” substitute “when carried in a relevant host”;\n(ii) in sub-paragraph (a), omit “and”;\n(iii) after sub-paragraph (b), insert—\n“(c) Coxiella burnetii;\n(d) severe acute respiratory coronavirus syndrome 2 (SARS-CoV-2).”;\n(b) After paragraph 2, insert—\n“3. In this article “relevant host” means—\n(a) in the case of organisms mentioned in sub-paragraphs (a) and (b), any animal or poultry;\n(b) in the case of the organism mentioned in sub-paragraph (c), any cattle, sheep, camelids and goats;\n(c) in the case of the organism mentioned in sub-paragraph (d), any mammal.”.",
