  "heading": "Designation of bovine spongiform encephalopathy for the purposes of section 29",
  "text": "(1) Bovine spongiform encephalopathy, being a disease of animals which, in the opinion of the Ministers, constitutes a risk within the meaning of section 29 of the Act, is hereby designated for the purposes of that section.\n(2) The provisions of the Act listed in the Schedule to this Order shall apply in relation to bovine spongiform encephalopathy with a view to reducing the risk to human health from that disease.684",
