  "text": "(1) In these Regulations, unless the context otherwise requires—\n“flock book” means any book, register, file or data medium—\n(a) which is maintained by a recognised breeders' organisation; and\n(b) in which pure bred breeding sheep or goats of a given breed are entered or registered with mention of their ancestors;\n“herd book” means any book, file or data medium—\n(a) which is maintained by a recognised breeders' association; and\n(b) in which pure bred breeding pigs of a specified breed or, as the case may be, pure bred bovines of a given breed, are entered or registered with mention of their ancestors;\n“Minister” means in relation to England, the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food and, in relation to Wales and Scotland, the Secretary of State;\n“recognised organisation” means an organisation recognised by the Minister for the purposes of these Regulations.\n(2) Any reference in these Regulations to a Schedule is a reference to a Schedule to these Regulations.",
