  "heading": "Recognition of organisations and maintenance of flock book or herd book",
  "text": "(1) The Minister may recognise by notice in writing as a recognised organisation any organisation which satisfies the criteria specified in—\n(a) Part I of Schedule 1, in relation to sheep and goats;\n(b) Part I of Schedule 2, in relation to pigs;\n(c) Part I of Schedule 3, in relation to bovines.\nwhich recognition may be withdrawn by notice in writing at any time if the criteria are not satisfied.\n(2) A recognised organisation shall maintain or establish a flock book or herd book.\n(3) No animal shall be eligible for entry or be entered or registered in a flock book or herd book unless it satisfies the criteria specified in—\n(a) Part II of Schedule 1, in relation to sheep and goats;\n(b) Part II of Schedule 2, in relation to pigs;\n(c) Part II of Schedule 3, in relation to bovines,\n(4) A recognised organisation, if requested by the owner, shall issue a completed zootechnical certificate containing, as a minimum, the information specified in—\n(a) Part III of Schedule 1, in relation to sheep and goats;\n(b) Part III of Schedule 2, in relation to pigs;\n(c) Part III of Schedule 3, in relation to bovines,\nand, respectively, their semen, ova and embryos.",
