Regulation 4 Monitoring performance and assessing genetic value

A recognised organisation which monitors for performance or tests for genetic value an animal registered with it shall do so in accordance with the criteria specified in—

(a)

Part IV of Schedule 1, in relation to sheep and goats;

(b)

Part IV of Schedule 2, in relation to pigs;

(c)

Part IV of Schedule 3, in relation to bovines.
