# The Zootechnical Standards Regulations 1992, Regulation 5: Acceptance for breeding purposes


A recognised organisation shall accept for breeding purposes all animals, semen, ova and embryos which comply with the criteria specified in—
(a) Part V of Schedule 1, in relation to sheep and goats;
(b) Part V of Schedule 2, in relation to pigs;
(c) Part V of Schedule 3, in relation to bovines.
