  "text": "In order to be recognised as a recognised organisation, an organisation shall satisfy the criteria specified in the Annex to Commission Decision 90/254/EEC (OJ No. L145, 8.6.90, p.30) laying down the criteria for approval of breeders' organisations and associations which establish or maintain flock books for pure bred breeding sheep and goats.",
