  "text": "In order to be entered in a herd book, pigs shall satisfy the criteria specified in Commission Decision 89/502/EEC (OJ No. L247, 23.8.89, p21) laying down the criteria governing entry in herd books for pure bred breeding pigs and in Commission Decision 89/505/EEC (OJ No. L247, 23.8.89, p.33) laying down the criteria governing entry in registers for hybrid breeding pigs.",
