Article 21 Compulsory acquisition of land – incorporation of the mineral code

Part 2 of Schedule 2 (minerals) to the Acquisition of Land Act 1981^f1 is incorporated in this Order subject to the modification that for the “acquiring authority” substitute the “undertaker” and for “undertaking” substitute “authorised development.”
