Article 4
No person shall drive any motor vehicle at a speed exceeding 40 miles per hour on –
(a)
the length of the southwestbound exit slip road between its junctions with the southwestbound carriageway of Roehampton Vale and the northeastern extremity of the island site;
(b)
the southwestbound access slip road;
(c)
the northeastbound exit slip road; and
(d)
the northeastbound access slip road.
