The Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions makes this Order in exercise of powers conferred by sections 10 and 41 of the Highways Act 1980f1 and now vested in himf2 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf:–

This Order may be cited as the A35 Trunk Road (Chideock Morcombelake Bypass) Order 1996 (Revocation Order) 1999, and shall come into force on 30th June 1999.
