Article 2

In this Order:

• “the trunk road” means that length of the A4 Trunk Road in the London Borough of Hillingdon known as Bath Road;

• “Sipson Way” means the road of that name in the London Borough of Hillingdon;

• “bicycle” means a bicycle not being a motor vehicle;

• “bus” means a public service vehicle as defined in section 1 of the Public Passenger Vehicles Act 1981^f1;

• “taxi” has the meaning given in regulation 4 of the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 1994^f2; and

• “eastbound bus lane” means the left hand or nearside lane of the eastbound carriageway of the trunk road between a point 57 metres west of the eastern kerbline of Sipson Way and a point 6 metres west of the eastern kerbline of Sipson Way, a distance of approximately 51 metres.
