Article 3
(1)
Subject to paragraph (2), no person shall cause or permit a vehicle to enter or proceed in the eastbound bus lane.
(2)
Paragraph (1) shall not apply to:–
(a)
a bus, a licensed taxi or a bicycle;
(b)
any vehicle being used for Police, Fire Brigade or Ambulance purposes; and
(c)
anything done at the direction or with the permission of a constable in uniform or a traffic warden.
