Paragraph 5 Third Iteration EMPI1

(1)
Following completion of construction of the authorised development the Third Iteration EMP must be submitted to and approved in writing by the Secretary of State, following consultation with the relevant planning authority.
(2)
The authorised development must be carried out in accordance with the Third Iteration EMP.
