Paragraph 59 ArbitrationI1

Save for differences or disputes arising under paragraphs 51(2) or 51(4) (removal of apparatus) or 53(11) (retained apparatus protection of Cadent) any difference or dispute arising between the undertaker and Cadent under this Part of this Schedule must, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the undertaker and Cadent, be determined by arbitration in accordance with article 45 (arbitration).
