In this Order “the plan” means the plan numbered HA/10/NDD/007, marked “The A6055 Trunk Road (A1(M) Junction 51, Leeming Interchange) (Trunking) Order 2014, signed by authority of the Secretary of State for Transport and deposited at Communications and Local Government, Deposited Document Services, Ashdown House, St Leonards on Sea, Hastings, East Sussex, TN37 7GA.
