HARBOURS, DOCKS, PIERS AND FERRIES

Coming into force 28th November 1990

The Secretary of State for Transport (being the appropriate Minister under section 14(7) of the Harbours Act 1964^f1 for the purposes of making this Order) in exercise of the powers conferred by section 14 of that Act and now vested in him^f2, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, and on the application of the Aberdeen Harbour Board, hereby makes the following Order:
