Regulation 1 Citation, commencement, interpretation and application
(1)
These regulations may be cited as the Abortion (Amendment) (Wales) Regulations 2002, and shall come into force on the 17 December 2002.
(2)
In these Regulations, “the principal Regulations” means the Abortion Regulations 1991f1.
(3)
These Regulations apply to Wales only.
