If:
(i)
before the parties have agreed to refer a dispute to arbitration under the Scheme, an employment tribunal makes an order under interim relief provisions, or
(ii)
in the arbitrator’s discretion, other relevant circumstances exist,
the arbitrator may expedite the hearing, on the application of any party.
