Regulation 3 Revocation

(1)

Regulations 3 and 4 of the Accounts and Audit Regulations 1983^f1 (“the 1983 Regulations”) are hereby revoked.

(2)

The remaining regulations of the 1983 Regulations, the Accounts and Audit (Amendment) Regulations 1986^f2, the Accounts and Audit (Amendment) Regulations l990^f3 and the Accounts and Audit (Amendment) Regulations 1994^f4 are hereby revoked.
