The Education Act 1997^f1 is amended as follows.

In section 32(6)(a)^f2, for “special educational needs (as defined in section 312 of the Education Act 1996)” substitute “additional learning needs (as defined in section 2 of the Additional Learning Needs and Education Tribunal (Wales) Act 2018)”.
