The Secretary of State for Social Security, in exercise of the power conferred by section 122(1) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992f1 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:

1992 c. 4. Section 122(1) was amended by section 35(14) of the Child Support, Pensions and Social Security Act 2000 (c. 19) which inserted the definition of “first appointed year”.
