Section 33 Interpretation and citation of Part III.
(1)
In this Part of this Act, except in so far as the context otherwise requires, expressions used in the principal Act have the same meanings as in that Act.
(2)
In this Part of this Act the expression “the principal Act” means the County Courts Act M1 1934.
