Article 34 Amendments to the Adoption Rules 1984

(1)

In rule 52(1)–

(a)

for the words “section 14 of the 1975 Act” there shall be substituted the words “section 18 of the Act”;

(b)

for the words “section 16 of the 1975 Act” there shall be substituted the words “section 20 of the Act”.

(2)

Rule 52(6) is revoked.

(3)

In rule 52(7), for the words from “section 8(3)” to the end there shall be substituted the words “section 12(8) of the Act (orders relating to parental responsibility for, and maintenance of, the child)”.
