Article 33 Amendments to the Adoption Rules 1984

In rule 49(1)–

(a)

for the words “section 24 of the 1958 Act” there shall be substituted the words “paragraph 4 of Schedule 1 to the Act”;

(b)

for the words “under section 26 of the 1958 Act (or section 1(1) of the Adoption Act 1960)” there shall be substituted the words “under section 52 of the Act”.
