Article 47 Amendments to the Adoption Rules 1984

In Form 12–

(a)

for the words “the parental rights and duties relating to the child” there shall be substituted the words “parental responsibility for the child”; and

(b)

the words “under section 14(7) of the 1975 Act” shall be omitted.
