Article 48 Amendments to the Adoption Rules 1984

In Form 13–

(a)

for the words “the parental rights and duties relating to the child” there shall be substituted the words “parental responsibility for the child”;

(b)

for the words “section 16 of the Children Act 1975” there shall be substituted the words “section 20 of the Adoption Act 1976”;

(c)

for the words “section 14 of the Children Act 1975” there shall be substituted the words “section 18 of the Adoption Act 1976”; and

(d)

for the words “section 15(3) of that Act” there shall be substituted the words “section 19(3) of that Act”.
