In section 12 (residence orders and parental responsibility), in subsection (3)—

(a)

paragraph (a) is omitted,

(b)

in paragraph (b), for “section 55 of the Act of 1976” there is substituted “ section 84 of the Adoption and Children Act 2002 ”.
