Regulation 3 Amendment of 1996 Regulations

The 1996 Regulations shall be amended as follows.

In regulation 7(1)(a) for “regulation 5(1)(a)” there shall be substituted “regulation 5(1)(a)(i)” and for “regulation 5(1)(b)” there shall be substituted “regulation 5(1)(a)(ii)”.
