In regulation 20, paragraph (1), sub-paragraph (b), after “the situation, structure and probable development of employment within the undertaking” and before “and on any anticipatory measures envisaged” insert “ (and such information must include suitable information relating to the use of agency workers (if any) in that undertaking) ”.
