After Schedule 2, paragraph 6, sub-paragraph (3) insert—
“3AWhere under sub-paragraphs (2) and (3) the competent organ of the SCE is to provide information on the employment situation in the SCE, such information must include suitable information relating to the use of agency workers (if any) in that SCE.”.
