Paragraph 13

In section 70(2)(b) of this Act the reference to a record made under section 22 of this Act shall include a reference to a record made before 12th September 1984 under section 16 of the M1Agricultural Holdings Act 1948 as it had effect before that date.

Sub-paragraph (1) above is without prejudice to the generality of paragraph 1 above.
