Article 2 Modification of the National Minimum Wage Act 1998

Section 46(4) of the National Minimum Wage Act 1998f1 is modified as follows—

(a)

at the end of paragraph (b) omit “and”;

(b)

at the end of paragraph (c) insert—

“; and

(d)

the Agricultural Sector (Wales) Act 2014.”

1998 c. 39. Section 46(4)(a) has been repealed by section 72 of and paragraph 2 of Schedule 20 to the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Act 2013. The repeal does not yet have effect in Wales.
