Paragraph 17

Section 26 of that Act (compensation for short-term improvements and related matters) shall be amended as follows.

In subsection (1), after “agricultural land” there shall be inserted “ and was not comprised in a farm business tenancy ”.

In subsection (6), after “Scotland” there shall be inserted—

“(za)

in subsection (1) of this section, the words “and was not comprised in a farm business tenancy” shall be omitted;”.
