Paragraph 3

In section 3(7) of the Allotments Act 1922 (provision as to cottage holdings and certain allotments), after “landlord” there shall be inserted “ otherwise than under a farm business tenancy (within the meaning of the Agricultural Tenancies Act 1995) ”.
