F2: By S.I. 1976/918 the Act has effect from 1.8.1976 as if the words “wheat”, “barley” and “oats” were omitted from Sch. 1 (subject to savings in relation to any period before 1.8.1976 and, as respects any order made under Cereals Marketing Act 1965 (c. 14, SIF 2:10), s. 13, in relation to any period before 1.8.1977)
F3: By S.I. 1973/351, art. 2 the Agriculture Act 1957 shall have effect as from 1st July 1977, as if the word “rye” were omitted from Schedule 1 to that Act, but the said Act and any instrument made thereunder shall continue to operate as respects rye, in relation to any period before 1st July 1973 as if this order had not been made.
