F1: Words repealed with saving by Agriculture Act 1970 (c. 40), s. 23(b)
F2: By S.I. 1973/351, art. 2 the Agriculture Act 1957 shall have effect as from 26th March 1973, as if the words “fat cattle” were omitted from Schedule 1 to that Act, but the said Act and any instrument made thereunder shall continue to operate as respects fat cattle, in relation to any period before 26th March 1973 as if this order had not been made.
F3: By S.I. 1980/1564, art. 2 the Act has effect as from 20.10.1980 as if the words “Fat Sheep” were omitted from Sch. 1 (subject to a saving as respects fat sheep in relation to any period before 20.10.1980)
