Section 33 Expenses and receipts of Ministers.F1

Any expenses incurred by the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food or by a Secretary of State under this Act shall be defrayed out of moneys provided by Parliament.

Any sums received or recovered by the said Minister or a Secretary of State in pursuance of this Act or any order made thereunder shall be paid into the Exchequer.
