Section 74 Expenses and receipts of Ministers.

(F11)

Any expenses incurred by any Minister under this Act shall be defrayed out of money provided by Parliament.

(2)

Any sums received or recovered by any Minister in pursuance of this Act or any order made thereunder shall, except as otherwise expressly provided, be paid into the Exchequer.
